GENERAL REGISTRATION FOR NEW VOTER’S CARD

This message serves to inform that Namibia will be conducting its Presidential and National Assembly Elections on 27 November 2024. As such, Namibian citizens residing/living abroad, Sea going personnel and Military personnel are due to vote on 13 November 2024, at the Namibian Diplomatic Missions abroad.

The Registration for new Voter’s Card will be conducted from 03 June 2024 to 1 August 2024, in Namibia and at Namibian Diplomatic Missions and Consular posts across the globe. Namibian citizens residing/living in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are hereby invited to register for their new Voter’s Card at the Embassy in Helsinki in person.  Please note that the old Voters Cards are no longer acceptable for the upcoming elections.

The Registration Point will be the Embassy of Namibia in Helsinki, Finland situated at the following address:
